How do I get refills of my medication?

Your prescription medication is shipped every 3 months, directly to your doorstep, in discreet packaging. It’s that simple! 

As migraine care continually improves, we will provide you with information on newly available treatments that may benefit you. Depending on the progress of your migraine treatment, you may be required to confirm updates before a refill or new prescription is shipped to you.


Why is my medication available only as a 3-month supply? 

It typically takes about 3 months for most medications, particularly preventative migraine treatment, to achieve full effectiveness. This is why we prescribe you an initial 3-month supply of medication, then continuously check with you to assess your response to the treatment. When your treatment plan is confirmed effective for you, we continue to deliver it to your door on an every-3-month basis to ensure you always have an adequate supply. 

If you experience any side effects to medication as prescribed, our clinicians will immediately stop your treatment and ensure you receive a new appropriate prescription. 

Can I cancel my medication subscription at any time?

Of course! Simply log into your account on the Mable website to cancel your subscription. 

What if I have questions or concerns about my prescribed medication? 

After you receive your individualized treatment plan, you have the option to indicate any questions or concerns about your treatment. Mable will connect you with a clinician who can discuss with you.

Can I change the billing date on my medication subscription?

Sorry, we do not currently support the ability to change a subscription billing date.
