This return and refund policy (“Return and Refund Policy”) governs services (“Services”) and products (“products” or “DNA test” or “medication”) sold through online interfaces and properties (e.g. websites and mobile applications) operated by Neurolytic Healthcare, Inc. d/b/a Mable. In this Return and Refund Policy, “we”, “our”, “us”, and “Mable” collectively refer to Neurolytic Healthcare, Inc. The terms “you” and “yours” refer to the person using the Site, the App, and the Services offered through the Site and the App.
For medication, supplements and DNA tests, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. This is because our products are medical goods, so once they are packaged for you, our pharmacy and laboratory legally cannot use the products for another individual. Our pharmacies’ and laboratory’s regulations prohibit the return of these products for reimbursement. This means that we are unable to accept returns of products for refunds, even if they are unused.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If your item is defective or damaged, we will exchange it for the same item. Please send an email to Mable’s Support Team at email@example.com and we will coordinate with you how to exchange your order.
Return shipping (if applicable)
If your item is defective or damaged, please send an email to Mable’s Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will coordinate with you how to return and exchange the order. All returns of medication must be sent back to the dispensing pharmacy. All returns of supplements and DNA tests must be sent back to our distribution center.
Changes to this policy
Mable may modify or update this Return and Refund Policy from time to time to reflect the changes in our business and practices, and so you should review this page periodically. When we change the policy in a material manner, we will let you know and update the ‘last modified’ date at the top of this page.
