DNA Test Kit

How long will it take to receive my Mable DNA test kit?

When you submit your medical intake form, the clinical team will review your information within 48 business hours and decide if the DNA test is right for you. If it is, we will ship the test the same day, via priority mail, to the address you indicated; shipping will take 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number so you can track shipping of your DNA test kit. 

How long does it take Mable to process my DNA test? 

When your DNA sample is received, it takes our laboratory an average of 2 to 3 weeks to sequence and analyze your genetic information. Lab results are then reviewed by a clinician, who develops your individualized migraine treatment plan within 48 business hours. Throughout the process, we keep you notified of each stage of your DNA testing.

My DNA test kit did not arrive, or arrived damaged or defective in some way, and/or I need a new DNA test.

If you do not receive your DNA test within 7 working days and cannot track its shipment, please contact our support team for assistance. 

If your DNA test arrived in damaged or defective condition, and/or if you need a new one, contact our support team. You will receive a new test kit at no additional charge.

After I submit my DNA test, how can I track it? 

Track your DNA test within the Mable app, or in your account on the Mable website. We will also update you by email on the progress of your DNA test. 

I sent my DNA test to the lab but haven’t received updates. 

From the time that your DNA sample arrives at the laboratory, we track and inform you of all stages of processing. 

  • To check if your DNA test is still in transit to the lab, refer to the shipping details provided in your DNA test kit. 
  • If you’re unable to track your DNA sample or if your sample does not arrive at the lab within 7 working days, please contact our support team. You will receive a new test kit at no additional charge. 
  • If the lab receives your DNA sample but you do not receive processing updates within 4 weeks, please contact our support team for assistance.

Medication Shipment

Can I order medication without submitting a DNA test? 

Yes! Mable also offers personalized migraine care that does not require DNA testing. Developed in conjunction with top U.S. migraine specialists, our unique assessment lets our clinicians identify and tailor migraine treatment that’s right for your individual needs.

How do I track my medication shipment? 

When your medication is shipped, Mable sends you an email, including a tracking number for your shipment. You can also find your tracking information in the “Orders” section of your account on the Mable website.

My medication(s) didn’t arrive.

Your medication will typically arrive within 7 working days of placing your order. If it doesn’t, please contact our support team who will check the status of your medication shipment or send a new shipment at no additional charge.

If your medication arrived in a damaged or defective state or appeared tampered-with, please contact our support team, who will re-ship your medication at no additional charge.

I received the wrong medication. 

If you received incorrect medication or supplements, please contact our support team, who will re-ship your medication at no additional charge and let you know what to do with the incorrect order. Do not open and use medications or supplements not specifically prescribed for you, as they may not be safe for you.
