Can I use my FSA or HSA for payment? 

Yes! Mable’s DNA test, clinician consultations and prescription medications are eligible for reimbursement by most FSA and HSA plans. Because every plan is different, check with your plan to confirm that Mable’s services are eligible. Contact us at support@trymable.com for an itemized receipt of your payment. 

Does Mable accept insurance?

Mable does not yet accept insurance, but we’re currently working toward insurance coverage for our services. Our newsletter will communicate insurance availability as soon as it is possible!

Mable is not able to process my payment. 

If Mable is unable to process your payment, we will send you a follow up email informing you so. In that email you’ll see a link to pay any remaining balance. If your payment has failed, Mable will not ship any goods or initiate any physician consultations. 

What is the Mable Return and Refund Policy?

Our policy is simple: If you are not happy with your Mable service, we will issue you a full refund! 

In the case of medications, we cannot accept any returns or process any refunds after medication is dispensed and shipped to your address, for safety purposes and in line with our pharmacy regulations.
